Kala Deepika Dance Academy, founded by Guru Agraharam Parvathi Ramachandran in Eluru, Andhra Pradesh in 1979. Being a diploma holder in Kuchipudi and an exponent in Kuchipudi and Bharatanatyam, she trained thousands of students. She won several awards and titles like Natya Ratna, Natya Mayuri and Natya Sudhaarani.
Continuing her Guru’s legacy, Mahati Ramya Adivishnu is teaching Kuchipudi for the past 8 years with a goal to promote the tradition and preserve the culture of India.
Mahati Ramya Adivishnu is a trained classical dancer in Kuchipudi and Bharata Natyam for around 15 years from A. Parvathi Ramachandran in Andhra Pradesh in India and performed at approximately 500 plus shows nationwide in India. Now, she teaches Kuchipudi and choreographing for cultural events in Austin, Texas. She is pursuing MA Kuchipudi currently and enhancing her skills.
Mahati is also a blogger, and a software professional and loves book reading and travel.
